From the west exit of the JR Shinjuku Station, head toward the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Buildings, and it is next to the
Kogakuin University Building or alternatively across the street from the Shinjuku Center Building. 5-minute walk.

Underground Access from the West Exit

3-minute walk from the JR underground ticket barrier at the west exit.
Walk straight along the side of the Meiji Yasuda Seimei Building, and take the exit at column E33 (S3 Exit).
